So, I’ve decided to update this post as some of the syn values have changed since 2016!
If you follow me on my social media (Instagram @RahemaSW) you will know that I am absolutely obsessed with some of the Alpro products. My members know I will not eat any other ‘yogurt’ as nothing tastes as good as the ones from Alpro. I often get messages from them when they see my fave products on offer to let me know where to stock up from! My fridge shelves look like supermarket shelves, all neatly stocked up so I never run out. I’ve even got my husband and my youngest daughter obsessed with them.
I first came across the Alpro Plain with Coconut yogurt as I wanted to try something different and was looking for something that was suitable for vegetarians too. As soon as I tried it I was in love with it! It is sooo creamy and luscious, with a hint of coconut which was just perfect.

I have it nearly every day, mostly at breakfast. I crush up one Weetabix biscuit (chocolate one is the best combo) and layer it with half a pot of yogurt and fruit for a tasty breakfast.
I also love their Go On pots. There is a plain variety which is only 1.5 syns per 400g or my favourite go to snack are the flavoured pots which are 1.5 syns too for all flavours. The choices in flavour (in order of my preference) are strawberry-raspberry, passion fruit, mango and blackcurrant. I love having these pots topped with Post Grape Nuts which add a lovely crunch to it. It feels like you are eating a cheesecake! So good!
